The Hollywood hardman's half-sibling Toni Ann D'Alto, 51, is in the advanced stages of the disease and is resting at their mother Jackie's Beverly Hills home, reports Britain's Sunday Express.
Speaking of the pair, Jackie says, "She has been the little angel he's tried to guide through life."
It is the second time in a year that Stallone has suffered a cancer tragedy - his father Frank passed away in July (11) after a battle with the disease.
